Presents the table of accounts.

The row of table are picked out by the color:

Background color:
  1. White: odd row
  2. Light Gray: even row
  3. Rose: account is under margin call

    4. The table has columns with titles:

  4. Account
  5. Balance: Account balance in USD
  6. Equity
  7. Used Margin
  8. Usable Margin
  9. Margin Call : Y if account is under margin call, N else
  10. Gross PL : Sum of Profit/Lost of open position on this account
  11. Margin Req: Margin Requirement, the amount in USD, which subtracted from Usable Margin and added to Usable Margin when one lot have been bought or sold at moment of position opening,
